Yesterday evening and this morning were spent cleaning and preparing the house for the arrival of the appraiser…..dun. dun. dun.
It’s really not that big of a deal I guess, but, he does hold a lot of the power as far as how much we can sell the house for – which could mean the difference between getting back when we put into it or not.
So, right now, I’m sending out lots of good price vibes to the universe so maybe, the numbers will come back in a way that works for us.
