This year, we told Mr. T. that we wanted to take him somewhere to do something fun outside….but he had to pick what we were going to do, and where we’re going to do it.
This is so fun for him because he loves pouring over his maps and reading his trail books and discovering just exactly the best trip for the best price that will suite us all. That’s no small feat for our family, and I must admit – I truly love that he does this with so much excitement – cause I hate it….we’d never go anywhere it if were left up to just me!
He almost has it all figured out but he isn’t 100% yet. He thinking about the 5 of us going biking on one of the local islands just off the coast, after a short ferry ride. Then we’d bike around the island, get some ice cream, go for a swim in the ocean and have a lovely time before getting to ride the ferry again!
Sounds like a blast and like something we’ll all enjoy, even O.
We’ll see how it all turns out - Hopefully though Mr. T. has a happy Father’s Day whatever adventure he takes us on!
